Janet Street-Porter joined TV chef Brian Turner in our shop filming for the BBC’s “A Taste of Britain”, which was shown in the summer/autumn schedule.

The pair were interested to sample the two oldest homemade products still sold, being our original pork sausages and famous faggots – both made to family recipes handed down through the generations.
