Bacon Connoisseurs’ Week

A celebration of quality bacon cures and varieties for a nation of bacon lovers. The 2012 awards, called the Red, White and Bacon Awards were judged by an expert panel of judges including the editor of the Meat Trades Journal, Features Editor of the Grocer, a renowned Food Blogger as well as the week’s own Ladies in Pigs.

The GOLD AWARD was received for our home cured unsmoked bacon, whilst our smoked offering brought home the SILVER AWARD.
